I am a graduate from  Notre Dame de Namur University in the Marriage and Family Therapy/Art Therapy Master’s program and I am a certified Expressive Arts Therapist, a certified MnemeTherapist and a certified Autism Movement therapist. I combine these modalities to generate neuroplasticity and wake up the brain.

I work with individuals who are motivated to create change in their lives through the use of the expressive arts.
I also work with individuals with cognitive impairment or developmental delays with the focus on neurogenesis, rewiring the brain and body map.
This work aids in inner-personal growth, improved self-esteem, build self-efficacy, and teaches emotional regulation.
I have been an artist all my life and am passionate about all the arts as play and self- exploration. I believe that people learn best when they are fully engaged on all levels and that the arts are a way to help us to stay focused and engaged. I love nature and music, and both inspire my art.
My approach with individuals and in my groups is person-centered expressive arts with the belief that that all the arts stimulate inner growth no matter what the individual brings to the group. The arts are a way to build community and connection and improve quality of life for everyone.

I am currently working only in Reno and Sparks, Nevada
